Jeff and the guys are hard workers, they check your car then tell you what the cost will be, what parts they’ll need and the price. They are fair and thorough. I recommend them always. ThankYou

This morning, two days before a major road trip, the guys here once again fixed my problem in a quick manner and for a decent price! Had an intermittent failure of my starter on my old 1994 car and Jeff wanted to try and get me part via warranty from AutoZone from prior replacement at a independent shop up north to save me money, but unfortunately part wasn’t available from them. I have nothing but success over last few years with the various work done here, and Jeff and Ed have always been very helpful! This is my favorite repair shop and with a car of that age, a number of issues have occurred which they have fixed for prices that seem fair. Would HIGHLY recommend them! I found them because they belong to the NAPA Repair network so when I am traveling or up north for summer, if something occurred, I have a warranty which could be used elsewhere which is why I previously used the big name chains. I should have written this long ago but kept putting it off, so today’s repair when I was in a time crunch was the trigger to finally compliment them publicly!

Two times my service engine light came on, so I took it to them the 1st time. They said it was just a bug and they fixed and my car was fine. No major work done so they didn't charge me for it. The seco d time, about 2 months later, my engine light came on again they did a diagnostic test. They said that I should take it to Lokey Nissan. Hercules Automotive didn't do any hard-core major work on my car and they didn't charge me again. I tipped them anyway because of their fantastic service I'll continue to go there for any of my car needs, because any of the chain car places would have told me I need everything fixed six ways to Sunday.

Worst experience I’ve ever had for this type of service! First, they pinched the wiring harness under the valve cover, then they broke off my oil dipstick handle, and broke a bolt off in rear axle, and refused to take an easy out to it. They said that they would send me a new dipstick, and never did. I don’t know how this company has good reviews. Must be all there friends and family. I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here. Oh! They also had it 2 days longer than they said they would as well.

I had one of the best experiences at Hercules Automotive. My friends car wasn't running properly and she was strapped for cash. Know her issue with the car and working in the automotive business myself, I knew her repair was going to be expensive at the dealer. I recommended her to Hercules because if the quality and honesty work they preform. They found the issue within the hour of having the car, provided us the best possible quote with warranty and they recieved the part promptly. The repair time was a day earlier than expected and the total was cheaper than the quote. With additional oil change. Service was excellant and Ed Hough is an incredible honest and professional mechanic. He went above and beyond and I would recommend anyone and everyone to Hercules automotive. Thank you for your outstanding service! My friend and I are so grateful.
